How to Mongolian Style

Welcome to the age old Mongolian stir-fry experience! This style of cooking is derived from the battle strewn fields of ancient China, where soldiers came together at the community fire to make their meals. Each soldier would choose their meats and vegetables, sauces and spices and would cook with their comrades, on their shield over the open flame.

We invite you to take part in your Mongolian experience and to make your stir-fry the way you like it!

Step 1:
Pick a number from your table. Any one is fine at it will be used to identify your bowl.
Step 2:
Go to the middle of the Long Bar and get a wooden tray and bowl.
Step 3:
Place all your ingredients in your bowl, beginning with the rice and noodles, then vegetables, then meats and finally seafood.
Step 4:
Now go to the sauce bar and choose from a variety of over 20 different sauces and spices to flavor your stir-fry.
Step 5:
Drop your bowl off with your number at the grill. It is important to remember your number. When it is done cooking your server will bring it back to your table.
